Online Learning Specialist

As an Online Learning Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding students through their learning journey. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about online education and have experience working with adult learners.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Learning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering academic content, facilitating learning activities, and undertaking assessment tasks. You will work closely with our partner academics and learning design team to ensure that our students receive a world-class education.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum Master's level qualification in a related field
- At least 5 years of recent industry experience in learning design
- Passionate about online learning and student success
- Strong presentation skills and ability to maintain an engaging online presence
- Proactive and organized with excellent time management skills
- 100% remote work with flexible hours to fit around your other commitments
- Paid 3-week online facilitation training course to develop best practice strategies
- The opportunity to use your discipline expertise to help others achieve their goals
