Job Title

Cross-Functional Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cross-Functional Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication between teams, and performing administrative duties to maintain efficiency in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a welcoming and professional demeanor
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales and Operations team, including processing purchase orders, sales transactions, and generating quotations
  • Liaising with customers to resolve queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems to ensure easy access to information
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to help others
  • Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ideal 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in reception or customer service
  • Current driver's license
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or experience with Service-Based Accounting software (highly desirable)
