High-Impact Strategy Role

We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our Group Strategy team as a Senior Associate.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategic priorities that guide business decisions across the globe.

  • Deliver critical strategic initiatives, including cross-functional and Board-driven projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to execute high-impact strategy work
  • Conduct structured market and competitor research, translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Drive and coordinate core strategic planning processes, including Annual and 5-Year Plans
  • Manage and maintain a repository of Market Intelligence
  • Assist with preparation and facilitation of key strategic forums, such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Monthly Strategy Meetings
  • Develop clear, compelling strategic documentation and presentations for senior leadership
About You

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years' experience in a strategy-focused role, preferably within a top-tier consulting firm or a high-performing in-house strategy team
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities, with expertise in Excel and data modelling
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems and test hypotheses in a structured, collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing polished presentations and reports
  • A proactive, professional mindset with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A humble team player who's eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact across the business
