Strategic Planning Consultant

About the Role:

The Strategic Planning Consultant will drive high-impact strategic initiatives through data-driven planning and cross-functional collaboration. This role supports the Director, Strategic Planning, and senior team members to provide quality consultation, conducting research and discovery, and design for new strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic advice and planning within large, complex organisations
  • Build effective client relationships and negotiate effectively at all levels, internally and externally
  • Develop high-level analytical, strategic planning, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Conduct excellent research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Establish credibility with stakeholders and communicate at all levels across the organisation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering strategic advice and planning
  • Ability to build effective client relationships
  • Demonstrated high-level analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sponsorship/work rights in Australia
