Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Consultant to lead and execute a high-impact stabilization program. This is a senior-level engagement requiring deep expertise in enterprise service delivery, stakeholder management, and strategic transformation.

Your day at NTT
  • Lead the rapid assessment of current service delivery and identify key pain points
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and establish a robust communication cadence
  • Implement tactical remediation actions to stabilize service performance
  • Monitor and report weekly progress against defined KPIs and success criteria
  • Design and execute service maturity improvements aligned with the Target Operating Model (TOM)
  • Develop a renewal roadmap and partner alignment strategy for long-term success
What would make you a good fit for this role?
  • Extensive experience in cloud-based platforms and enterprise service delivery
  • Proven success in turnaround programmes and managing escalated client relationships
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and executive engagement capabilities
  • Deep understanding of SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and Australian regulatory frameworks
  • Expertise in ITIL processes, service quality audits, and solution architecture
  • Background in financial services lending technology at a senior principal level
