The Opportunity

We're looking for experienced strategy consultants to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

  • Be part of a team trusted by CEOs, boards, and investors.
  • Work with leading private equity firms across the full investment lifecycle.
  • Lead small, agile teams to deliver commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic outcomes for our clients as a Senior Associate (Senior Manager).

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading teams of 3–5 consultants on commercial due diligence, exit support, and portfolio company strategy projects.
  • Managing day-to-day project execution and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements.
  • Facilitating client meetings and presenting findings that influence major investment decisions.
  • Collaborating with our team and client teams to guide engagements.
  • Providing intellectual leadership by shaping frameworks, guiding research, and generating insights.
  • Building trust-based relationships with clients and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
