Technical Support ExpertiseYou'll have the opportunity to work with a skilled team of technical analysts, delivering exceptional customer service while developing your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues.As a Technical Support Expertise professional, you'll be responsible for prioritizing urgent issues, coordinating with resolver teams, and communicating effectively with end users, vendors, and internal IT teams.This role offers flexibility and hybrid working arrangements, providing both variety and balance.Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues
  • Log and track all service desk interactions and resolutions using an ITSM system
  • Prioritize urgent issues and coordinate with resolver teams for effective resolution
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders
  • Contribute to IT operations by documenting processes and participating in a rotating roster, including weekend on-call support
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar service desk or technical support role
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
