  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues
  • Log and track all service desk interactions and resolutions using an ITSM system
  • Prioritize urgent issues and coordinate with resolver teams for effective resolution
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders
  • Contribute to IT operations by documenting processes and participating in a rotating roster, including weekend on-call support
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar service desk or technical support role
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
