About the Role:

Job Description

The Business Unit Risk Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting all operational risk management activities in the business line
  • Driving implementation and changes to any operational risk/resilience requirements
  • Working with the unit to ensure that the control environment is effective and in line with the stated risk appetite
  • Demonstrating and cultivating a risk-aware culture in the business line
  • Building and maintaining productive relationships with the frontline business and other functions across the bank

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years' experience in financial services, with expertise in Operations processes
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making at senior levels
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
