Motor Claims Manager
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Claims Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing motor claims from end to end, working across a diverse portfolio that includes both intermediated and direct customers.
">The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in motor claims handling, strong customer service skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and proven time management and organisational skills.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Accurately assess and manage motor claims in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.">
- Handle claims efficiently within agreed workflow timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs).">
- Proactively manage claim lifecycles through diary management and vendor coordination (e.g., repairers, assessors).">
- Respond to customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction with empathy and professionalism.">
- Manage incoming call enquiries, providing clear and timely support to customers and stakeholders.">
Skills and Qualifications:
">- 3–5 years of experience in motor claims handling.">
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication to different customer groups.">
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.">
- Proven time management and organisational skills.">
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.">
- Experience working with external vendors such as repairers, assessors, and brokers.">
