Claims Handler Position
Support the National Claims Team as a key member of our First Assist team. This role involves triaging complex claims, working closely with clients and insurers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Triage of complex claims between insured and insurer
- End-to-end claims management for all risk classes
- Timely lodgement of claims
- Developing strong client relationships for successful outcomes
- Collaboration with colleagues and management for open communication
- Maintaining and building relationships with insurers and global network
- Providing claim mitigation and management advice to clients
- Accurate claims reporting and analysis
Requirements:
Outstanding customer service skills, excellent time management, and well-developed verbal and written communication skills are required. Adaptability, high accuracy, and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced environment.
