Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising employees within the department(s) according to organizational policies and laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in patient services or a similar call center environment.
