
Patient Solutions Director

As a visionary leader, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our Patient Solutions operation.
This role focuses on delivering customer-centric solutions that meet business and customer needs through innovation and alignment.
- Oversee the development of value propositions for clients to drive customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain production and quality standards, ensuring compliance with audits.
- Manage staffing levels across all product segments to meet service expectations.
- Drive process improvements by evaluating systems, policies, and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve service-related issues and enhance productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising employees within the department(s) according to organizational policies and laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in patient services or a similar call center environment.
