Job Title: Executive Director of Patient Services

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic vision of our patient services operation. Your primary goal will be to continually innovate and improve the service strategy in alignment with the changing needs of the business and its customers.

  • You will oversee the customer and patient services department, developing value propositions for clients that meet their evolving needs.
  • Maintaining production and quality standards, such as response and call handle times, is crucial to meeting audit outcomes.
  • Proper staffing levels must be maintained to ensure seamless transitions for new customers and minimal disruption to existing ones.
  • Evaluating systems, policies, and procedures will drive changes to meet organizational and departmental objectives.
  • Maintaining strong internal control procedures will safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborating with management to resolve problems affecting service, efficiency, and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing and supervising employees within the department(s) according to organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • This includes interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 10 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in patient services or similar call center environments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. They should be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and drive results-oriented decisions. Additionally, they must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
