
Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Job Description
As a key member of the Operations Division, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, qualifying, and managing parallel pursuits, ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing business objectives.
With a focus on technical and commercial requirements, you will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver optimal outcomes for the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with the Operations team to ensure clear alignment of objectives and communication of milestones.
- Project Planning: Identify, track, and manage risks associated with production, including project schedules for new product changes and capital projects.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze manufacturing operations, including cost of goods, labor utilization, and capacity planning to identify opportunities to improve the bottom line.
- Contract Management: Provide contract management support, including statements of work, change orders, terms and conditions, and managing supplier deliverables.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust and rapport with high-performing teams, navigating conflicts and differing priorities through open discussions and collaborative problem-solving.
- Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Understand and work closely with the Design team to execute the new product development process in alignment with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, enhance productivity, and drive innovation within the manufacturing operation.
