About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at Chipping Norton. In this role, you will work closely with Team Leaders and support them in their absence.

This is a hands-on position that requires experience in production and working with machinery. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, safety-focused, and able to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Team Leaders in their duties
  • Training and running machines
  • Leading toolbox talks and ensuring product quality
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of operating production equipment
  • Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Toolbox Talks
  • Basic leadership experience
  • Natural focus on workplace safety and health
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office
