Key Responsibilities

The Process Performance Associate will lead and manage manufacturing process performance tasks for Nuclear Medicine, ensuring robustness and continuous improvement in line with the overall manufacturing strategy.

They will focus on ensuring that Nuclear Medicine manufacturing processes are optimized and under effective control in accordance with compliance obligations and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to come up with practical solutions
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to a non-specialist audience
  • Technical ability with a strong understanding of technical concepts such as engineering, chemistry, and physics
  • Technical writing skills with the ability to write reports that will be read by the wider business

Desirable Skills

  • Influencing skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional staff
  • Validation experience with the ability to perform IQ/OQ/PQ and write validation protocols and reports
  • Manufacturing experience with a background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
