We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production process, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

">Your Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment to meet our Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability, and Morale targets.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery and equipment.
  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Use SAP and other online computer systems effectively.
  • Apply lean manufacturing tools, including 5Y, Kaizen, and One Point Lessons, to reduce losses across the plant.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
