Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead our global account teams in developing and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

  • Leveraging project management methodologies on enterprise-level engagements
  • Understanding technology principles and services, including infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, application platforms, and consumer-facing technology

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in external or internal customer-facing project management, as well as experience working in an IT Professional Services organization supporting global companies. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to present to C-level executives and technical subject matter experts.

A certification in Agile Scrum Master or Project Management is preferred, along with experience working with AWS. The candidate should also possess a deep knowledge of Agile programs at scale and a proven track record of increasing project scope and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic goals and requirements
  2. Managing project scope, schedule, and cost while remaining sensitive to customer needs
  3. Developing and implementing project plans and strategies to meet customer objectives

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management and IT consulting
  • Experience working with AWS and Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to present to C-level executives and technical subject matter experts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Agile Scrum Master or Project Management
  • Experience working in an IT Professional Services organization supporting global companies
