About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Designer to join our team and drive end-to-end solution architecture across critical programs and projects.

This role will focus on delivering scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that align with enterprise roadmaps and cyber security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and govern technical designs spanning multiple IT domains, translating business requirements into actionable solutions.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory obligations, and industry best practices.

Lead design reviews, set architectural goals, and manage dependencies across applications and networks.

Champion modernisation initiatives including microservices, container-based architectures, and cloud-native design.

Provide guidance and mentorship to delivery teams, driving best practice adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience in large enterprise solution design and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications environments and large-scale IT systems.
  • Experience designing solutions using microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and container-based architectures.
  • Hands-on exposure to public and private cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Proficiency in SOA/ESB, integration technologies, UML modelling, and data schema design.
  • Understanding of TMForum Frameworx, Open APIs, and enterprise data governance.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science; architecture certification desirable.
