We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Expert to lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design across our capabilities. This includes domains such as Hire to Retire, Time & Attendance, Rostering, Staff Communication, and Safety & Wellbeing, underpinned by platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ServiceNow, and other supporting systems.

About The Role
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in solution architecture design, workforce technologies, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to align solutions with business strategy and operational needs.
  • This role will play a critical part in shaping scalable, secure, and human-centered technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Architecture & Design
    • Design scalable, secure, and fit-for-purpose end-to-end architectures across capabilities.
    • Translate complex business requirements into clear architectural models, aligned to business strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
    • Collaborate with product owners, business SMEs, and platform teams to ensure solutions meet both operational and employee experience objectives.
  • Architectural Governance & Standards
    • Maintain and uplift architectural standards, reference architectures, and solution design templates for corporate applications and platforms.
    • Ensure consistency, quality, security, and reusability across solutions leveraging platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ServiceNow, and related systems.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship
    • Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance to delivery teams across the full solution lifecycle.
    • Mentor solution designers, developers, engineering, and analysts to uplift capability in modern solution architecture and best practices.
  • Integration & Interoperability
    • Design robust integration solutions that connect People Systems with the broader enterprise ecosystem.
    • Ensure interoperability across platforms with a focus on data consistency, automation, and seamless user experience.
