ICS / DCS Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of ICS / DCS Technician within our Polymers plant.

In this position, you will be responsible for the management and support of the Honeywell DCS system, ensuring its safe operation and optimal performance. You will also participate in the ongoing maintenance and upgrade of the system, working closely with the Refinery APC team and other stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong technical skills, including experience in industrial control systems, distributed control systems, or process control systems. A tertiary qualification in electrical/instrumentation engineering or information technology is highly desirable, as is previous experience with Honeywell DCS systems.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
