Senior Quality Control Specialist

This is a key leadership position in our ANZ region, overseeing quality and safety initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead quality control programmes, ISO and FSSC certifications, and QHE initiatives to meet industry benchmarks.
- Participate in internal audits to maintain Company standards.
- Sustain labour coverage and supply chain management for laboratories and micro malting programs.
- Analyse daily results and collaborate with production and procurement teams.
- Develop statistical analysis of quality programs and business outcomes.
- Implement quality assurance measures to enhance laboratory reliability.
- Proven experience in quality management and related systems, including ISO and FSSC certifications.
- Background in the food industry, brewing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques, MS office suite, and ERP systems (SAP expertise beneficial).
- Strong organisational skills with problem-solving ability, project planning, and management.
- Excellent communication and literacy skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management principles and excellent analytical skills. They should be able to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
