We are seeking a skilled System Improvement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the maintenance and enhancement of our people systems and technologies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop people systems and technologies to meet business requirements, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
- Provide technical support for people systems and technologies, prioritizing issues for first point resolution and escalating complex queries where necessary.
- Analyze current processes and practices, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that can be configured or developed through systems and technologies.
- Contribute to the coordination and facilitation of training programs for system users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use the systems effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in configuring and developing people systems or technologies such as PeopleSoft and PageUp.
- Experience in working with complex people systems.
