Procurement and Cost Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement and Cost Control Specialist.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality products, identifying areas for improvement in production processes, and providing regular reporting on procurement and cost control activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional product quality through effective procurement and production management
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS THROUGH REGULAR COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION
- Manage critical path dates and shipping timelines to ensure timely delivery of products
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in the retail industry or a related field
- A general understanding of garment and accessory construction and production processes
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and work collaboratively with others
