This is a senior role responsible for developing and executing learning and talent management initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading leadership development programs, driving innovation, and influencing stakeholders to adopt proposed solutions.
About the RoleThe Lead Learning Manager will own the learning and talent management agenda for Asia Pacific, working closely with global stakeholders and Centers of Excellence to leverage best practices and ensure consistency where relevant. They will partner with the Head of People Local APAC and APAC President to prioritize and focus initiatives for maximum impact.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Learning Initiatives: Create and implement tailored learning and development programs for the Asia Pacific market, leveraging global initiatives where appropriate.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Oversee the administration of learning initiatives, utilizing various resources and tools to ensure successful delivery.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster collaboration with global stakeholders, business leaders, and the People Team to identify skill gaps and development needs.
- Drive Business Impact: Lead the creation of L&D solutions to embed required behaviors and mindset for success, driving the successful implementation of the Local Operating Model.
- Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices to enhance learning impact and foster a learning culture through innovative solutions and technology.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Leadership Development Experience: Proven track record of leading leadership development initiatives and programs.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to drive innovation and influence stakeholders to adopt proposed solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Talent Management Expertise: Understanding of talent management principles and practices, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
