Reporting to a capable and supportive HR leader, this role has been set up for success with strong frameworks and tools in place. As the senior lead of the Culture, Talent and Leadership team, you will proactively support the Head of People & Culture to deliver on the business strategy and goals. Your key deliverables will be to:

- Lead a team of professionals to drive the leadership development agenda and build capabilities across the business;
- Support the business leaders with the various learning pathways, succession planning, learning and culture initiatives;
- Maintain an Inclusive culture through the execution of the Inclusion, Equity & Belonging Strategy; and
- Effectively partner with the HR Business Managers to create clarity on the pipeline of talent and implementation of succession planning process to align with global requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have an established background in a similar senior Learning, Talent and Culture role in a global business. You will have knowledge working with offshore regulators and governance combined with team leadership experience.
