
APAC Learning and Talent Management Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to enhance the performance and business growth in the APAC region through the implementation of learning and talent management initiatives.
As a key member of the organization, you will partner with senior stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver strategic results. You will be responsible for developing and executing learning and development initiatives tailored to the APAC market, allowing for customization per country where relevant.
You will also build strong relationships with global stakeholders and centers of excellence to leverage global initiatives and ensure consistency where necessary.
Additionally, you will work closely with the people team and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs. You will create and implement learning and development initiatives based on these needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with or within learning and development and/or talent management teams and leading leadership development initiatives. They will possess strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation, as well as the ability to influence leaders to adopt proposed learning solutions.
They will also be able to manage multiple learning and development projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. The candidate should have experience acting as a business partner and trusted advisor, as well as proficiency in analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements based on outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications">- Experience in working with or within Learning & Development and/or Talent Management teams and leading leadership development initiatives
- Strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation
- Ability to influence leaders to adopt proposed learning solutions
- Proven capability to manage multiple L&D projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience acting as a business partner and trusted advisor
- Experience working in a complex matrix-style organization, where flexibility and pragmatism are prioritized over perfection
- Proficiency in analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and recommend improvements based on outcomes
