Facilities Operations Associate

This role supports the smooth daily operation of facilities by ensuring timely maintenance, addressing occupant requests, and monitoring service delivery. You will work closely with senior facilities managers to deliver exceptional service that enhances workplace experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities management operations including scheduling maintenance activities and reviewing service quality
  • Assist with vendor management, including quoting services, processing invoices, and evaluating work quality
  • Conduct regular building inspections to identify potential issues before they impact operations
  • Maintain accurate facilities documentation, including floor plans and maintenance records
  • Support project initiatives such as space modifications and equipment upgrades
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities with technical and non-technical stakeholders
