About the Role:
- Prepare and serve nutritious, delicious meals tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Engage with residents to understand their tastes and dietary requirements, ensuring that every meal is a positive experience.
- Collaborate with our catering team to develop menus that cater to diverse needs and exceed expectations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.
- Manage special diets and texture-modified meals with precision and care.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional service and support a culture of kindness and respect.
Your Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with older adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hospitality or aged care experience (desired).

- $28.96 per hour (based on experience) + penalties + 12% superannuation + 17.5% leave loading.
