Nurse with Expertise in Perioperative Care

The successful candidate will provide exceptional perioperative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort post-surgical procedures. They will assist anaesthetists during surgical procedures, monitor patient vital signs and anaesthetic levels, and provide post-operative care in Recovery/PACU.
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation is also an essential aspect of this role. In addition, the successful candidate will respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise and collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare professionals.
Key Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an anaesthetic nurse
- Current nursing registration in Australia (AHPRA)
- Recovery/PACU experience is essential for this role
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills are required
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also necessary
- BLS/CPR certification is a requirement for this position
