Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Queensland, Australia. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and supporting the expansion of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating relationships with potential clients to qualify leads and introduce them to our Account Managers
  • Updating our customer relationship management system to record regular sales interactions, opportunity activities, and reports
  • Working independently and collaboratively to achieve targets and key performance indicators
  • Supporting Account Managers in completing tender documents and request for information forms
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment
  • Confidence in engaging with clients via phone
  • Motivation to drive business growth and achieve targets
