We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this key role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth for our online programs.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our online programs
BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND INDUSTRY PARTNERS
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program offerings and improve student outcomes
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF ASQA RTO STANDARDS
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
MBA or relevant qualification or a minimum of two years of Australian domestic student experience
Experience in online education or e-learning platforms
Understanding of the Australian Healthcare Education landscape
