Job DescriptionThe Operating Theatre Simulation Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of the NetworkZ program, a simulation-based team training intervention initiative that aims to elevate patient outcomes during surgical procedures. Key responsibilities include coordinating program calendars, effective communication with faculty and participants, database management, meeting facilitation, timeline management, multimedia communication, and leadership demonstration.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, applicants must possess a tertiary qualification in a related discipline and previous experience in a program coordinator/management/leadership position.
