We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of Operating Theatre Simulation Program Coordinator at Alfred Health.


As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our high-quality NetworkZ programme.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate the planning and organisation of simulation sessions in collaboration with the NetworkZ Clinical Lead, Deputy Director (Education & Training), and Surgical Services.
  • Provide effective communication to Faculty and participants, including the preparation and distribution of necessary documentation, attendance records, evaluation forms, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Maintain the Teams database, ensuring organised storage of course documentation, technical guides, scenarios, and simulation delivery documents.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with relevant stakeholders, prepare agendas, write minutes, and meet deadlines for meeting requirements.
  • Develop and implement multimedia communication strategies to reach all staff and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities such as vision, openness, flexibility, and integrity, contributing to the programme's success and growth.

Requirements:



  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a Programme Coordinator /management/leadership position is desired but not essential.
