About this opportunity

You'll be accountable for the day-to-day running of a non-fresh product department, ensuring a store is exceptionally presented and engaging for customers and team members.

About you and your skills

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership experience to lead and develop a team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
  • Able to motivate a team to deliver with pride
  • To maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management
  • To prioritize customer satisfaction and continuously seek to understand diverse customer needs
  • To foster a one team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team member health, safety and wellbeing
