What You'll Do
- Firstly, you'll want to have a love for Manufacturing
- Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands-on checks.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on-time, high-quality production.
- Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers.
What are we looking for?
- Have an interest in working in Manufacturing
- Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change.
- Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Relatable prior working experience.
- Trade certification is an added bonus, but not essential.
