We seek an accomplished Data Analyst to leverage their technical expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable data-driven solutions.

  • Utilizing Genesys PureCloud Voice data, you will extract valuable insights through topic mining and sentiment analysis.
  • You will develop and implement data mining models, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and simulate the impact of potential future business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ Years of Technical Data Experience
  • Proven experience using Genesys PureCloud
  • Expertise in speech analytics, topic mining, drawing insights, and building reporting
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
