Global Markets Relationship Manager

Sydney is a leading investment banking hub, and we are seeking an experienced Institutional Equity Salesperson to complement our Australian sales desk and lead the broadening of our distribution network in Asia.
We offer a simple, highly leveraged structure with autonomy, flexibility, and opportunity for immense growth. This role is designed to act as a trusted advisor to Asia-based Institutions (SG and HK), providing in-depth and accurate advice relating to research and general market activity, building on new and already established relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate and timely advice pertaining to ASX listed equities to institutions in Asia (HK and SG)
- Growing the Asia client base in line with targets
- Hosting ASX listed company "Virtual" roadshows with Asian institutions
- Accompanying ASX listed companies on roadshows through Asia when possible
- Meeting targets relating to activity levels and revenue
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least five years' experience servicing Asian institutions
- Tertiary qualifications in the relevant field are desirable
- Self-motivation and high results-driven capabilities
- A passion for your own growth and the growth of the business

- A team player mentality who thrives in a busy, high-achieving environment
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
We estimate that this role comes with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
