
Staff Resource Coordinator

A Rostering and Scheduling Coordinator will work closely with the Operations team to ensure efficient management of staff resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing coordination support to assist in sourcing and replacing educators as needed.
- Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to Work Health and Safety guidelines and Code of Conduct.
To be successful, a candidate should have:
- Experience with rostering large volumes of operational requirements.
- Able to review and manage rosters accurately for timely payroll processing.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
Required qualifications include:
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to acquire.
- Working with Children Check clearance.
- Valid Class C Driver's Licence.
- National Criminal History check clearance (Desirable).
- Children's Services qualification or business-related qualification (Desirable).
