Mechanical Resource Coordinator

This role requires a skilled professional to identify resources, materials and equipment within allocated times based on risk-assessed priorities.
The Maintenance Scheduler will develop weekly maintenance plans using a 52-week planning horizon, schedule all planned maintenance activities, meet time requirements, and ensure necessary resources are available.
You'll create an environment where team members can meet their full potential and work with the Mechanical and Electrical Team Leaders to maintain, improve and develop. Your achievements will be yours and your team's contributions to operational performance objectives.
Liaising with Operations and Maintenance Team Leaders, reporting on key work management KPIs, and implementing work management processes are key responsibilities of this role.
To succeed, you'll need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a proactive approach to work.
