Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

As a skilled Technical Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service by effectively managing and coordinating technical services.
- You will assess and prioritize incoming enquiries and allocate resources accordingly.
- Make outbound calls to update customers on service availability and gauge client satisfaction.
- Send service and parts quotations and follow up as necessary.
- Assist technical/install teams with resource allocation to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database for accurate tracking.
- E nsure timely and accurate invoicing to maintain customer trust.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High initiative and dedication with a strong team player mindset.
