Technical Service Coordinator Role 

As a skilled Technical Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service by effectively managing and coordinating technical services.

  • You will assess and prioritize incoming enquiries and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Make outbound calls to update customers on service availability and gauge client satisfaction.
  • Send service and parts quotations and follow up as necessary.
  • Assist technical/install teams with resource allocation to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database for accurate tracking.
  • E nsure timely and accurate invoicing to maintain customer trust.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High initiative and dedication with a strong team player mindset.
