We are a leading land development company in NSW, seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a wide range of projects, across industrial and residential subdivisions and general civil infrastructure. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of key projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the full life cycle, ensuring all milestones are met according to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Lead project teams, including internal staff, third-party contractors, and consultants, to ensure all resources are aligned and performing efficiently.
  • Manage project budgets, control expenditures, and prepare fee proposals for new projects and contract variations.
  • Engage with authorities and utility agencies to obtain necessary project approvals and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting, detailing progress and areas of risk and concern.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or a related field.
  • Ideally 2-8 years of land development industry experience either with consultancies or contractors.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methods, and best practices.
