Job Summary

ttsBuilt, a leading provider of trades and construction services, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Administrator to support our busy Maintenance and Renovation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective administrative support to enable our technicians to provide efficient and timely responses to a busy residential maintenance schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a daily schedule for our technicians by scheduling jobs, filtering the jobs, and allocating to different trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.)
  • Process completed and ongoing work between our software system
  • Filter and process technician notes and photos to ensure accurate information is processed
  • Meet key performance indicator (KPI) timeframes
  • Manage stock and appliances
  • Communicate with tenants, including calling and booking in work and taking calls for rescheduling of works
  • Communicate directly by phone and in writing with technicians and other external staff

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate will have 1+ year experience as a Scheduling Administrator or similar within a construction or trades business or call center environment
  • Knowledge of scheduling software such as Simpro would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Confidence in making calls to clients, technicians, and tenants
