Clean Advice is a dedicated cleaning service specialising in Aged Care cleaning. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Cleaning Rostering Coordinator.
The Rostering Coordinator role with Clean Advice will challenge your skills and reward you with the pride you feel when you play a part in improving someone's life.
There's more to Aged Care operations than you might think - you'll enjoy the buzz in learning new systems and processes, whilst supporting rostering requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication:
Contact clients and cleaners regarding cancellations or changes to the schedule.
Address any inquiries or concerns from clients and cleaners promptly.
Job Management:
Add and close jobs in our scheduling system as needed.
Ensure all job details are accurately recorded and updated.
Cleaner Onboarding and Off-boarding:
Assist in the recruitment process for new cleaners using our internal HR system.
Conduct onboarding and off-boarding procedures for cleaners.
Administrative Duties:
Perform general administrative tasks to support the operations of the scheduling team.
Maintain organised records and documentation related to scheduling and cleaners.
Qualifications:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with scheduling software or HR systems is a plus.
Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred.
Hours:
Morning start and flexible hours.
