Minor International is a fast-growing hospitality company with a diverse portfolio of over 530 properties across the Asia Pacific Region, Europe and South America. We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Brisbane or Sunshine Coast, Australia.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, managing LMS platforms, creating engaging learning content, and developing online training programs. They will be responsible for designing and delivering training materials, establishing relationships with Subject Matter Experts, and measuring the impact of learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content, including videos, facilitator guides, and e-learning programs.
  • Establish positive relationships with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs and gather input.
  • Develop learning pathways and curriculums for key positions, using various authoring tools.
  • Establish ongoing data collection to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
  • Manage external vendor agreements and learning design projects within timelines, scope, and budget requirements.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in managing LMS platforms, preferably SAP or Successfactors.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong time and project management skills.
