Training Development Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of high-quality training programs. This role involves identifying individual training needs, developing strategies to address them, and collaborating with department heads to provide support to new trainers and mentors.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Identification: Identify individual training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Trainer Support: Collaborate with department heads to provide support to new trainers and mentors.
  • Classroom Management and Student Engagement Training: Train trainers and mentors in classroom management and student engagement.
  • Evaluation of Trainer Training and Program Delivery Effectiveness: Evaluate trainer training and program delivery effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a training leadership position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective training delivery skills.
  • Evaluation skills – ability to assess trainer effectiveness and quality delivery standards.
  • Leadership skills – ability to lead and motivate training teams.

Key Requirements:

Successful applicants must have strong qualifications and relevant experience in the field of training development. A degree in a relevant field such as education or training is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
