Job Requirements

One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in loan administration, office operations, or customer service in the financial services, mortgage, or title insurance industry, or experience deemed equivalent at the discretion of Farm Credit Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Enter Pertinent Loan Data into Loan Origination Systems
  • Acquire Credit Bureau Reports and Generate Credit Scores
  • Draft and Send Communication of Initial Credit Decision
  • Coordinate Loan Closings with Title Companies and Internal Departments
  • Onboard New Loans and Disburse Loan Proceeds
  • Process Loan Payments and Disbursements
  • Maintain Knowledge of Cooperative Structure and CFC Product Offering
  • Identify Cross-Selling Opportunities
  • Initiate and Process Credit Servicing Actions

Preferred Skills

General knowledge of:

  • Computer systems and office equipment used for file management, file classification practices, and retrieval of business information.
  • Documentation requirements for title insurance, deeds of trust, UCC financing statements, crop insurance, and flood insurance.

Specialized knowledge of:

  • Professional oral and written correspondence principles.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organization and time management practices.
  • Working in a collaborative environment.
  • Critical thinking skills.
