Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Post Closing Coordinator to join our team at Farm Credit Services. This role is responsible for facilitating and processing post-loan closing activities, ensuring accurate and compliant legal documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Post-Close Loan Processing Support: Review and verify loans in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and completeness, and follow up with all parties involved to ensure all necessary documents are received and stored efficiently.
  2. Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous service to existing and potential customers, and ensure daily accounting activities, including receipts and disbursements, are handled properly and accurately.
  3. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties to support the operations of the branch location, and ensure internal controls are maintained in accordance with accounting principles and policies.
Requirements
  1. Education and/or experience equivalent to a High School diploma.
  2. 1-3 years related work experience preferred.
  3. Good knowledge of general office routine and use of office equipment.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  5. Self-motivated, with the ability and desire to learn and willingness to apply new procedures and concepts.
  6. Ability to work independently and as a team member under minimal supervision.
  7. Excellent computer skills.
