Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Compliance Manager to join our team at Farm Credit Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our lending operations are compliant with all applicable Federal and State regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Program Administration: Develop and implement procedures to ensure adherence to Farm Credit Administration (FCA) regulations, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) rules regarding flood insurance, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) reporting.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with other departments to investigate and resolve loan compliance-related issues, and consult with the corporate attorney as needed to address complex legal compliance matters.
  • Compliance Monitoring and Training: Monitor the results of internal audits, regulatory findings, and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide additional training opportunities for those under your supervision.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and lending operations. You should be able to interpret and apply complex regulations, develop effective compliance procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve compliance goals.
