- Secure collateral liens, monitor loan servicing tasks, and initiate liquidation processes as needed
- Provide administrative support to daily branch operations, including processing payments, making deposits, and disbursing loan funds
- Loan processing or banking experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of two years of banking/financial experience and administrative experience in a customer-centric environment
