Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strategies to meet sales targets;
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to the team;
  • Achieving sales targets;
  • Assisting in onboarding and training new employees;
  • Creating training programs for staff development and retention;
  • Establishing a feedback reporting process for performance;
  • Collaborating with the management team on retention strategies;
  • Maintaining an efficient sales floor and managing resources.
